
DemDx - Clinical Relationship Manager, Hybrid Role, Full Time Salary £40- 45k pa + commission

About us
DemDx, a female clinician founded business, has developed a Clinical Reasoning Platform, used by
nurses, paramedics, physician associates and other frontline clinicians to help them assess and triage
undifferentiated patients at the first point of contact. The platform is the perfect clinical companion for
the growing number of nurses and allied healthcare professionals (AHPs) taking on more clinical
responsibility when seeing patients.
Our platform helps to solve the most critical issue in healthcare – the shortage of clinical staff. We are the
only provider that has developed a diagnostic support platform aimed at helping nurses and AHPs work
to the top of their clinical licence and do more of the role of doctors.

Who is this role for?
A qualified nurse or allied health professional, with a strong interest in digital healthcare transformation
and promoting digital innovation within the NHS and healthcare more broadly.
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated individual with good commercial acumen who will enjoy
working in a start-up environment. You will have the chance to use your clinical knowledge and
experience and build a career within a growing digital health organisation.
Role and responsibilities:
● You will use your skills and clinical experience to help us develop and increase the platform’s
adoption within the clinical setting.
● You will work closely with our clinical users (nurse practitioners, physician associates,
pharmacists and other allied health professionals) to gain their feedback and help drive product
improvement and new business opportunities.
● You will contact and follow up with leads to generate new business, with particular emphasis on
clinical demonstrations of the platform.
● You will support the clinical team within new clients as they start using DemDx.
● You will support the development of marketing materials and you will have the opportunity to
be involved in the overall development of the organisation.
Requirements for the role:
● Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
● 1-2 years sales experience necessary (ideally in healthcare), with demonstrable success.
● Experience within customer success is desirable.
● You are flexible and you relish the opportunity to take on multiple challenges.
● You love technology and use it extensively.
● Ability to travel to client sites and complete implementation of the DemDx platform as required.
● Requirement to work in the London office 1 day a week.
