Exciting Partnership Announcement! DemDx and Bromley by Bow Health Partnership Join Forces with Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst Grant Funding!
We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Bromley by Bow Health (BBBH), a leading primary care organisation providing exceptional and innovative primary care services across: Bromley by Bow Health Centre, St Andrews (CQC Outstanding), St Pauls Way (CQC Outstanding) and XX Health Centre. BBBH currently serves approximately 50,000 patients in East London. It has been a driving force in improving local healthcare outcomes and addressing inequalities for more than 30 years. Creating healthy connected communities is their core ethos. Together, with their sister organisation, Bromley by Bow Centre, they are well known nationally and internationally for pioneering social prescribing.
DemDx, a multi-award-winning medtech digital innovation, is revolutionising the way clinical staff shortages are addressed within the NHS. Our cutting-edge Clinical Reasoning Triage Platform empowers frontline clinicians, including nurses, paramedics, and physician associates, to assess and triage undifferentiated patients effectively. By shouldering new levels of clinical responsibility, our platform ensures that patients receive timely and accurate care, utilising local pathways and tailored protocols.
We are delighted to share that our joint venture with BBBH has been made possible through the generous funding from the Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst grant. This partnership marks a significant milestone in our journey to transform healthcare delivery and overcome the challenges faced by the NHS.
Over the course of the next 18 months, we aim to further develop AI-enhanced functionality within our existing DemDx clinical support platform. This will involve leveraging the comprehensive 8-million+ patient dataset to dynamically consider complex patterns and associations across tens of thousands of symptoms, differentials, and “red flags”. The platform and new functionalities will be tested in the clinical setting. We are particularly keen on gathering user feedback on usability, accessibility, and workflow integration to continuously enhance our platform’s performance.
