We’re excited to share that Dem Dx has been selected for the Artificial Intelligence in Health and Care Award to accelerate the adoption of Ophthalmology triage platform and improve access to eye care for hundreds of thousands of people in the UK.
The NHS announced today that Dem Dx has been selected as one of several recipients chosen from a pool of over 530 applicants. The companies will be awarded a share of £50 million from a total pot of £140 million over three years to deploy technologies to NHS sites and transform care. The award is run by the Accelerated Access Collaborative (AAC) in partnership with NHSX and the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR).

Dem Dx is delighted to announce the appointment of Joanne Shaw to our Advisory Board. Joanne currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee of NHS England as well as a Non-Executive Director of Vitality UK.

Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has partnered with Dem Dx to support paediatric nursing staff as they take on greater responsibility for initial triage and diagnosis.

Dem Dx has been selected to attend the US Digital Health Innovation Mission to Texas from May 5 – May 11 2019. The visit is funded by Innovate UK and forms part of the Global Business Innovation Programme.
